Please Note: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for our jewelry and accessories, The Parallel Store does not offer monetary returns or refunds. All sales are final. However, we want you to love your pieces, so we gladly offer exchanges under specific conditions.
Exchange-Only Policy
We only accept exchanges if you encounter one of the following issues:
- Incorrect Size: If the item you ordered doesn't fit the way you wanted, you can request a size exchange for the exact same item.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Every piece is inspected before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately.
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
- Items must be completely unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
